This notice explains how Hunter Media Group Limited ("we", "us") handles personal information when you visit huntermediagroup.uk, use our contact form or email us. We are the controller of this information under UK data protection law.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, company name, work email address and message.
• Email: your email address, the content of your email and anything you choose to include.
• Visiting the site: our hosting provider keeps basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and working. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you represent a network, to discuss and manage a partnership with you. We do this because we have a legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for marketing lists.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and our email:

• Cloudflare hosts the website and provides visitor statistics.
• Web3Forms delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
• Google (Google Workspace) provides our business email.

Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the UK's approved data transfer terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any partnership that follows, then delete them.

Cookies

This site doesn't set cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email partners@huntermediagroup.uk and we'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
